Pilates is Core Stability Training and is essential for athletes.

Industrial athletes, working people, and hard working people at home!

Stabilising exercises are essential for:

  • recovery after injury
  • maintaining performance in life and workplace
  • increase in base strength for limbs to move fast

So helps the speed and stability of athletes.

Pilates optimally should be practised 2-3 times per week.

(a) You can do individuals using equipment as a Reformer or Trapeze Bed.
(b) You can do Pilates in groups anywhere - like on the beach
